Quality, environment and work environment
Dametric has been active in the electronics industry for more than 40 years. Today our core business is sensors with belonging presentation units.

At our workplace each employee is important. An open attitude that promotes well-being, good working conditions and the individual’s development is important to us as it creates security and job satisfaction in the daily work.

Dametric works with continuous improvements and a preventive approach regarding our health, environmental and quality work. This attitude should be seen as a natural part of all our activities, as well as the fulfillment of the laws, regulations and norms that society and our stakeholders place on the business.

Dametric works for circulatory thinking. Through a constant focus on future generations and sensitivity to the demands of the environment, we want to take our responsibility for sustainable development.

In order to work in accordance with our policy, we use a systematic approach to define aspects and goals for the work environment, environment and quality.

Processing of personal data
We care about your privacy. You should be able to feel safe when you entrust us with your personal data, which is why we have established this policy. It is based on current data protection legislation and clarifies how we work to safeguard your rights and your privacy.

The purpose of this policy is for you to know how we process your personal data, what we use it for, who is allowed to access it and under what conditions, as well as how you can safeguard your rights.

We are responsible for your personal data
Dametric AB, with organization number 556212-7729 and address Jägerhorns väg 19, SE-141 75 Kungens Kurva, Sweden, is responsible for the personal data that is processed. Dametric is therefore responsible for your personal data.

Why do we process your personal data?
We process your personal data in order to provide you with our services and products, ie. only to enter into or fulfill an agreement with you as a supplier or customer.

Regarding suppliers Dametric is processing agreements and personal data belonging to persons that are representing respective supplier. We save personal data in order to administer purchase agreements, logistics, transports, invoices, complaints, as well as other business-related activities such as handling of guarantees.

What personal data do we collect – and why?
We strive to process as little personal data as possible. This means that we don’t collect more personal data than necessary in order to enter into or fulfill agreements with you. In order to enter into, as well as fulfill agreements with you, we need information about first name, last name, e-mail address, address and other contact information. We don’t gain access to your personal data in any other way than through your provision of the information to us.

If you haven’t given us your consent, we don’t use your personal data for marketing purposes.

How do we protect your personal data?
Your security is important to us. Therefore, we have taken appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures in order to protect your personal data from unauthorized access and other illicit processing. We regularly analyze and evaluate the measures in order to make the protection of your personal data as secure as possible.

To whom do we disclose your personal data?
We don’t disclose your personal data to other companies or organizations unless it’s required according to the law or necessary in order to perform our statutory or contractual obligations towards you.

We may disclose your personal data to one of our collaboration partners, suppliers or subcontractors, but that only happens if it’s necessary in order for us to fulfill our obligations in relation to you as a customer. We never disclose more personal data than what is necessary.

When it’s required according to the law, we may need to disclose your personal data to authorities and other organizations. We may also need to disclose your personal data if it’s necessary to exercise, establish or monitor our legal claims.

We never disclose your personal data to other companies or businesses for marketing purposes.

On what legal bases do we process your personal data?
We only process the personal data we need to be able to perform our services or deliver our products to you, i.e. when we enter into or fulfill an agreement with you. To the extent that we process additional personal data, we will obtain your consent or ensure that the processing is permitted on a legal basis.

How long do we keep your personal data?
We save personal data about you as a customer during the time that the agreement with you applies and possibly also during a reasonable time thereafter. The latter applies when it’s required according to the law or when the personal data may be needed to establish, exercise and monitor legal claims. Would it otherwise be the case that you are a repeat customer who would like us to save your personal data going forward, please let us know that this is what you want to do. Your rights
When we process your personal data, you as a registered have several rights. You have the right to contact us at any time regarding these, and if you would like to exercise any of the rights that are described below, you can reach us most easily at dametric@dametric.se.

We reserve the right to take appropriate protective and security measures in order to ensure that you are who you claim to be when you contact us. If you are unable to show your identity in a credible manner, it’s likely that we will not be able to accommodate your request.

Access to personal data
You have the right to know what personal data of yours that we are processing. If you would like to know this, you can get a compiled register extract from us that contains this personal data.

Correction and deletion
If we are processing your personal data in an incorrect manner or if we no longer need the personal data, you have the right to get it deleted. If the personal data is incomplete, you have the right to get it supplemented. Please note that it’s likely that we will not be able to perform our services towards you if you request that your personal data gets deleted.

Data portability
Under certain circumstances, you have the right to get your personal data that we are processing in a general, written, machine-readable and structured format. This you are entitled to when it comes to the personal data that you yourself have provided to us and that we are processing with the support of your consent or when the personal data is required to enter into or fulfill an agreement with you.

Limitation of processing
Under certain conditions, you have the right to request that we limit our processing of your personal data. This means that we mark the personal data so that in the future we only are processing them for certain particular purposes. It’s likely that we will not be able to provide you with our services if we limit the processing of your personal data.

Right to object
You have the right to object to the processing of personal data that is performed for the purpose of performing a task of general interest, as part of the exercise of authority or after a balance of interests. We don’t process your personal data for any of these purposes or on any of these bases. You can therefore not object to our processing on this basis.

Right to lodge a complaint
