It’s sold to Valmet for installation at Kronospan SAS in France, a manufacturer of wood panels.
The GMU system has been specially developed to update and future-proof both existing RMS systems and also completely new refiner installations. The system is available in versions for ordinary refiners (EX), Single Disc refiners (SD) and conical Double Disc refiners (CD). It features the latest technology mounted on DIN rail with modern bus communication, as well as viewing on Panel PC display. The upgrade of an old RMS system to our new GMU system is straightforward and it can be done in just a few hours.
